Additional information
We offer a 10% discount for children that attend full time and if you have more than one child with us a 5% discount for your eldest child.
A non-refundable £100 administration fee applies to non-funded sessions to secure your place.
A deposit of £50 per session is required upon registration.
Funding
You will be pleased to know we accept Universal Childcare, Working Family Funding, Childcare Vouchers, and Tax Free Childcare.
All funding is claimed over 38-weeks and spread out over your 12 monthly invoices. This means you can expect your child’s fees to be the same each month, no surprises!
Included in your non-funded session fees are meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, creams & extracurricular activities.
You can choose to pay an optional fee to maintain access to all consumables and extracurricular activities during funded sessions (please see our Pricing Policy).
Alternatively, you can choose to provide your own consumables and/or meals & snacks in line with our Parent and Carer Provided Consumables Policy and/or opt out of extracurricular activities provided.
The Famly App
From registration to your child’s personal news feed and care updates - the Famly App is your one stop shop for everything Lily Pad.
This convenient and easily accessible App with its familiar features makes sharing information as simple as a few clicks.
Invoicing &
payment details
One of our goals is to be as paperless as possible so our invoicing & payment is completed online.
You pay your child’s fees in advance on the 1st of every month, to help you remember, we’ll send you a reminder via the Famly App.
We do not accept cash; however, paying by card through the Famly App or via BACS payment could not be simpler.
